What was the highlight of Dioscuri Bay Palace
Very Good
We really loved the location and the pool. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was well catered and a good variety.
There's good parking, but we had issues, as there was often no space, due to outsiders using the car park at night. The WiFi was also very weak. The pillows were uncomfortable.

great location, ace pool, good base
Convenient location to explore San Leone. Nice big pool and big room which are clean. Breakfast was great and the girl at the pool bar was very helpful and welcoming.
Despite booking and paying on Booking.com, the concierge insisted that I hadn’t paid (and the woman before me who challenged him) when in fact I had. This was tantum out to bullying me into paying twice and wasn’t a good experience

What was the highlight of Dioscuri Bay Palace
I would recommend staying here for a couple of days R&R from the constant travel around Sicily
Beautifully appointed hotel, very comfortable and with a fabulous pool. Rooms were spacious and the whole place was nicely decorated and looking very smart. Well worth staying here (taxi trip (12E) out of Agrigento if you want a pool …. And believe me you do !! Lots of very nice restaurants a short walk away.
There were very few guests at the hotel which meant that there were not many facilities operating ie - no snack bar, no bar (I couldn’t buy a glass of wine when I arrived, even though the bar was open - as a Rotary Club event was about to commence), no tea making facilities in the room but on request kettle etc was delivered to the room. Possibly COVID is still having its effects as there seems to be only a skeleton staff.

What was the highlight of Dioscuri Bay Palace
Well located hotel with great views of the sea. Needs a little updating to carpets, wallpaper, etc.
The saving grace was the allocation of an excellent room No 304 on the top floor with excellent views from two aspects. Location was great near to the marina and numerous restaurants. Excellent variety for breakfast.
I booked dinner in the restaurant the first night and was offered a choice of two set menus. Both options featured tinned or jarred carrots and cauliflower which were grim! Breakfast included bacon and eggs in a heated container for self service. Unfortunately there was no heat under the container so the contents were cold each day.
